Moving on!!

I am not even going to attempt to remember everything that happened since the last time I blogged. I am going to let it go and move on! Currently, Joe is in Vegas "working!!", Cooper is almost done with 1st grade, Rhianna finished pre-school, Kassidy turned 1 in April and I am just trying to keep it all together! Pics will be of our branding, baby's b-day and other misc. items you should be able to figure out! Until next time......

Where did my Baby go?

I had a breakdown moment today. Kassidy and I were playing on the floor. I looked up and she was walking towards me, big as ever. I scooped her up and started bawling. When did she get so big? I mean, we all knew she was walking a little, but man, I just felt (feel) sad! She took 9 steps in a row today. I can't believe almost a year has gone by already....

Happenings!

Kassidy has taken 3,then 4, then 5 steps, learned to flush the toilet, discovered the water in the toilet, said Dad, mamamama, moooo. What else? whew, as if that weren't enough! Umm, she goes around the kitchen, opening all the drawers, throws everything out, and moves on to the next. Also, she has discovered pencils make marks on the tile! I had to take them out of the art drawer after she refused to only color on paper! Unreasonable child! I did replace them with paint brushes, and she is happy with them! Rhainna is growing taller, finally! Also, she is heartbroken. She is not old enough to play t-ball and will have to wait another year. I felt so bad! Darn late b-day anyway! Cooper is in love. He has a huge crush on a little girl in his class. I am not surprised, Joe and I both had loves that young, but we never told our parents about them! I am a little nervous about the situatiuon. He is excited to play "coach pitch" this year.

Babble...

I was so annoyed this evening! Joe got a call during dinner, with a very chatty guy, I might add. The kids were talking about boogers most of the time and I was thinking oh, this is just great and getting very frustrated! I started F.H.E by rolling my eyes and trying to get Joe to read the story I had picked out. He wouldn't, telling me he would keep baby occupied while I read. SO with another eye roll, I doled out the assignments. Rhianna op. song, Cooper, prayer, and so on. Rhianna picked I Love to See the Temple. We started singing, (Joe even chimed in, I think cuase he was trying to make me feel better, he never sings!) Rhianna was "leading" the song and the funniest thing happened. Kassidy started "singing" and copying Rhianna leading. We were laughing so hard by the end of the song! Of course family home evening was saved and we all felt proud of ourselves for making the effort! Ahh, another FHE survived, but just barely!

Terrible

OK, I know I am the worst as I have not updated my Blog since school started. That should tell you a lot about life around here! Kassidy is 9 mo. ALREADY and sleeping. Coop and RK are watching a movie as we have already played ranch, built a snowman, snowforts, watched the propane guy fill the tank, so what is left, really? MOVIE = a quiet minute for mom! Life is good! The pictures include Kassidy, so cute, the primary program in October and Iveson's first annual Christmas Eve Sledding Adventure!
